Why does my brand new CD label printer do this? - color label printer
I have just two labels, and color photographs that vertical lines in them. Is a CD? This is an HP printer, but I do not use the CD from HP. I use Memorex. They are all white and are printed out. Suggestions? My test paper looks good, only happens on the CD labels. Thank you.

It is necessary to check the test page from the nozzles. This will inform you when you get through all the ink cartridges. This is the most likely cause. If your test page that shows all the colors of the print head, without missing parts, then go to an alignment of the head. But in any case, sounds like a clogged printhead.
